Is parking available at the property?
Most of our homes include free on-site parking. However, properties located along Cannobio's lakeside promenade do not offer on-site parking, as the area is mostly pedestrian. Guests can unload their luggage within a few minutes’ walk, and several free parking options are available within a 5-minute walk.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Self check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards. Please let us know your estimated arrival time. We are always reachable for any assistance (at night only for emergencies). Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

All our homes include the essentials: bed linens, towels, at least one roll of toilet paper, and cleaning cloths. The kitchen is also equipped with basic essentials for cooking.

Yes, our homes are family-friendly. However, some properties, such as Ca ai Monti, are recommended for children above a certain age due to a steep internal staircase.
